APW AUTO WASH - “ALL PREMIUM” CAMPAIGN

Promotion Period: 24 March 2026 – 30 May 2026

GENERAL TERMS (APPLICABLE TO ALL PROMOTIONS)

  1. Promotion Period
    • All promotions are valid from 24 March 2026 to 30 May 2026 (inclusive).
    • Promotions may be extended or terminated at the sole discretion of APW Fuel & Auto Wash without prior notice.
  2. Location
    • All promotions are valid exclusively at APW Auto Wash, 449 Great Western Hwy, Wentworthville, NSW.
    • Vouchers are non-transferable to other locations.
  3. Voucher Validity
    • All promotional vouchers are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
    • Expired vouchers cannot be extended, redeemed, or refunded.
    • Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  4. Non-Combinable Offers
    • Promotional offers CANNOT be combined with each other or with any other APW promotions, discounts, or special offers.
    • Only ONE promotion can be used per transaction.
    • Example: A customer cannot use the fuel promotion AND the in-store promotion in the same transaction.
  5. Premium Wash Specification
    • “Premium Wash” includes: Pre-wash, Foam bath, Soft wash & shampoo, Wheel wash, Wax, Final rinse, Double dry.
    • Premium Wash is valued at $22.90 per wash.
  6. Vehicle Suitability
    • Standard vehicle suitability requirements apply to all car wash vouchers.

    • APW reserves the right to refuse service to vehicles deemed unsuitable for automatic washing.
  7. Operating Hours
    • Vouchers can only be redeemed during standard operating hours:
      • Monday to Saturday: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM
      • Sunday & Public Holidays: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
    • Subject to availability and operational capacity.
  8. Proof of Purchase
    • Customers must present their original fuel receipt or in-store purchase receipt to claim promotional vouchers.
    • Receipts must be from the same day and same transaction.
  9. Voucher Redemption
    • Vouchers must be presented at the counter before entering the car wash.
    • Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced.
    • Photocopied vouchers will not be accepted.
  10. Privacy
    • Customer information collected during this promotion will be handled in accordance with APW’s Privacy Policy.

  11. Liability
    • APW accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this promotion.
    • Standard APW Auto Wash terms and conditions apply.

PROMOTION 1: FUEL & SHINE

“30 Litres Fuel = 2 Premium Washes for $29”

Specific Terms:

  1. Qualifying Purchase
    • Customer must purchase a minimum of 30 litres of fuel (any grade: Unleaded, Premium Unleaded, Diesel, or E10) in a single transaction.
    • Partial litres count towards the 30-litre minimum (e.g., 30.5 litres qualifies).
  2. Voucher Details
    • Customer receives TWO (2) Premium car wash vouchers for a total of $29.00.
    • Normal value: $45.80 ($22.90 × 2) – Customer saves $16.80.
  3. Payment
    • The $29.00 must be paid at the time of fuel purchase to receive the vouchers.
    • Payment can be made by cash, credit card, debit card, or prepaid account.
  4. Voucher Usage
    • Both vouchers are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
    • The two vouchers CANNOT be used in the same visit – a minimum of two separate visits required.
    • At least one other transaction or reasonable time gap must occur between redemptions.
  5. Exclusions
    • AdBlue purchases do not count towards the 30-litre fuel requirement.
    • Fuel purchased with third-party vouchers or discount cards may not qualify (at management discretion).
  6. Non-Combinable
    • Cannot be combined with Promotion 2 (Shop & Shine) or Promotion 3 (Big Spender Bonus).
    • Cannot be combined with any other fuel promotions or loyalty programmes.

PROMOTION 2: SHOP & SHINE

“$20 In-Store Purchase = 2 Premium Washes for $29”

Specific Terms:

  1. Qualifying Purchase
    • Customer must spend a minimum of $20.00 (before any discounts) in the APW convenience store in a single transaction.
    • Applicable to all in-store products except excluded items (see below).
  2. Voucher Details
    • Customer receives TWO (2) Premium car wash vouchers for a total of $29.00.
    • Normal value: $45.80 ($22.90 × 2) – Customer saves $16.80.
  3. Payment
    • The $29.00 must be paid at the time of in-store purchase to receive the vouchers.
    • Payment can be made by cash, credit card, debit card, or prepaid account.
  4. Voucher Usage
    • Both vouchers are valid for 30 days from date of purchase.
    • The two vouchers CANNOT be used in the same visit – minimum of two separate visits required.
    • At least one other transaction or reasonable time gap must occur between redemptions.
  5. Eligible Products
    • Snacks, beverages, automotive products, groceries, tobacco products, and all other convenience store items count towards the $20 minimum.
  6. Excluded Items
    • Fuel purchases do NOT count towards the $20 in-store minimum.
    • Gift cards, mobile top-ups, and lottery tickets do NOT count towards the minimum.
    • Items purchased with separate vouchers or promotional discounts may not count (at management discretion).
  7. Non-Combinable
    • Cannot be combined with Promotion 1 (Fuel & Shine) or Promotion 3 (Big Spender Bonus).
    • If a customer spends $20 in-store, they must choose between this promotion OR Promotion 3 (if they spend $50+).

PROMOTION 3: BIG SPENDER BONUS

“$50 In-Store Purchase = 1 FREE Premium Wash”

Specific Terms:

  1. Qualifying Purchase
    • Customer must spend a minimum of $50.00 (before any discounts) in the APW convenience store in a single transaction.
    • Applicable to all in-store products except excluded items (see below).
  2. Voucher Details
    • Customer receives ONE (1) FREE Premium car wash voucher at no additional charge.
    • Normal value: $22.90 – Customer saves $22.90.
    • This is a complimentary bonus – no payment required for the wash voucher.
  3. Voucher Usage
    • Voucher is valid for 30 days from date of purchase.
    • Only one free wash voucher per qualifying transaction.
  4. Eligible Products
    • Snacks, beverages, automotive products, groceries, tobacco products, and all other convenience store items count towards the $50 minimum.
  5. Excluded Items
    • Fuel purchases do NOT count towards the $50 in-store minimum.
    • Gift cards, mobile top-ups, and lottery tickets do NOT count towards the minimum.
    • Items purchased with separate vouchers or promotional discounts may not count (at management discretion).
  6. Monthly Redemption Limit
    • Each customer is limited to a maximum of TWO (2) free Premium Wash vouchers (Promotion 3 – Big Spender Bonus) within any rolling 30-day period.
  1. Promotion Hierarchy
    If a customer qualifies for BOTH Promotion 2 ($20 threshold) and Promotion 3 ($50 threshold) in the same transaction, they must choose ONE promotion – not both.
    Staff should recommend Promotion 3 for customers spending $50+ as it offers better value (1 free wash vs. paying $29 for 2 washes).
  2. Non-Combinable
    Cannot be combined with Promotion 1 (Fuel & Shine) or Promotion 2 (Shop & Shine).
    Cannot be combined with other in-store promotions or loyalty programmes.

 

CUSTOMER FAQS

Q: Can I combine the fuel promotion with the in-store promotion?
A: No. Promotions cannot be combined in the same transaction. You must choose one.

Q: If I spend $40 in the store, can I get the free wash AND pay $29 for 2 more washes?
A: No. You can only claim one promotion per transaction. Choose either the free wash or the 2-for-$29 deal.

Q: Can I use multiple fuel receipts to add up to 30 litres?
A: No. The 30-litre minimum must be met in a single fuel transaction.

Q: What if I spend $50 in the store – do I get 2 free washes?
A: No. The Big Spender Bonus gives 1 free wash per qualifying transaction, regardless of amount over $50.

Q: Can I buy fuel in the morning and use that receipt to claim the promotion later in the day?
A: Yes, as long as it’s the same day. Present your receipt at the counter when ready to purchase the car wash vouchers.

Q: Do the 2 wash vouchers expire on different days?
A: No. Both vouchers from a 2-wash package expire 30 days from the purchase date.

Q: Can I give my voucher to a mate?
A: Vouchers are non-transferable and should be used by the purchaser. However, APW does not strictly enforce name checks.

Q: What happens if the car wash is out of order?
A: Your voucher validity will be extended by the number of days the car wash is unavailable. Contact staff for assistance.

 

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes regarding these promotions will be handled at the discretion of APW management. The decision of APW management is final.
