Eligibility: This giveaway is open to residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of APW, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, as well as their immediate family members or those residing in the same household, are not eligible to participate.

Agreement to Rules: By participating, you fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these rules and confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements. Additionally, you agree to accept the decisions of APW as final and binding in relation to the giveaway.

Giveaway Period: The giveaway begins on 1 October 2024 at 12:01 a.m. and ends on 31 October 2024 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST). Entries received after the deadline will not be considered.

How to Enter: Participants can enter the giveaway by completing the entry form available at https://form.jotform.com/242188934835872.

Entry Requirements: The entry form requires participants to provide their full name, email address, postcode, and details about the APW products/services they currently use. Additionally, participants must creatively answer the following question: “How does rugby shape the champions of tomorrow, both on and off the field?”

Entry Limit: Only one entry per person is allowed.

Prizes:

• 2nd Place: 3 APW carwash Platinum vouchers

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash or other items. All federal, state, and local taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the winners.

Winner Selection: The APW Marketing Team will select the winners from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. Winners will be notified by email within five business days following the selection. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within 14 days of notification, APW reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Privacy: By entering this giveaway, participants consent to the use of their personal information for the purposes of administering the giveaway and for APW’s marketing purposes. Participants also consented to the sharing of their names and submitted responses on APW’s social media channels.

General Conditions: APW reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway, or any part of it, for any reason, including but not limited to, if APW determines that the giveaway cannot be conducted as planned due to fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond APW’s reasonable control. APW is not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the printing of the offer, administration of the giveaway, or the announcement of the prize.

Minimum Participants: A minimum of 200 participants is required for the giveaway prizes to be awarded. If fewer than 200 eligible entries are received, APW reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway.

Release: By participating in the giveaway, you agree to release and hold harmless APW, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the giveaway or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize awarded.
