The Auto Carwash voucher is valid for 30 days starting from the date of purchase.

·       Monday to Saturday:
7:00 am – 9:00 pm

 

·        Sundays and Public Holidays:
8:00 am – 8:00 pm

ENTRY CONDITIONS

·        Safety Compliance:
Remain seated with seatbelts fastened, following all safety instructions during the wash cycle.

 

·        Vehicle Requirements:
The wash is designed for standard-sized vehicles. Modifications or accessories may affect suitability.

 

·        Vehicle Condition:
Vehicles with pre-existing damage or conditions (e.g., oxidation, sun damage, windscreen chips/cracks) are advised against using the automatic wash to prevent further damage.

ACCESSORIES AND LIABILITY

Vehicles equipped with aftermarket external accessories or any modifications not standard to the vehicle may not be
compatible with our car wash, increasing the risk of damage. This includes, but is not limited to, the accessories listed below. Owners are encouraged to carefully review their vehicle’s modifications and consider its suitability for our car wash service, taking into account both listed and any other aftermarket or non-standard accessories that may be present.

Responsibility for Damage:
Owners are responsible for ensuring their vehicle, considering the listed accessories, is suitable for the car wash. APW disclaims responsibility for damage related to these accessories or modifications or any damage arising from these modifications.

DISCLAIMER AND CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT

Equipment and Maintenance:
Our car wash utilises state-of-the-art technology, meticulously maintained by experienced technicians to deliver unparalleled service quality. However, due to our inability to conduct comprehensive pre-wash vehicle inspections, we are unable to ascertain the presence of pre-existing conditions, non-standard features, or external accessories on vehicles. It is this limitation that precludes us from accepting responsibility for any damage that may occur during the car wash process.

 

Exclusions:
Our process may not remove certain substances effectively (e.g., caked-on material, bird droppings). Vehicles with faded paintwork or damage may experience a reduced quality of wash.

 

Lost Tickets and Refunds:

Treat wash tickets as cash. Lost tickets cannot be replaced, and refunds are not available for promotional deals once the first wash has been utilised.

 

Damage Claims:

Should there be any concerns or damage, it must be reported to an APW staff member immediately before exiting the premises.

 

WASH QUALITY AND EXPECTATIONS
• Stains such as caked-on material, bird droppings, heavy grease and/or road tar will not be removed during the car wash cycle.
• Cars with faded paintwork, pre-existing damage, or any uneven surfaces (which prevents dirt from being removed) will result in a poorer wash quality.
• Deluxe wash drying removes up to 80% of the water, as no chemicals are used to assist the drying process.
• Premium and Platinum drying removes up to 90% of the water due to the chemicals and double driers used to assist the drying process.
• Wheel wash removes up to 90% of dirt and grime.
• Water droplets are minimal when Final Rinse is used and cannot stain the car.

 

LEGAL INDEMNITY AND RIGHTS

Indemnification:

Users agree to indemnify APW and its personnel against liabilities arising from non-compliance with these terms, including vehicle damage or equipment harm.

 

Compliance with Consumer Law:

While we disclaim liability for specific damages as outlined, our obligations under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected. We are committed to fulfilling our legal responsibilities to customers.

 

Compensation for Malfunctions:

In instances where equipment malfunction causes vehicle damage, APW may cover repair costs, subject to verification by APW, its insurers, or legal adjudication.
